Legal & data

Nine numbered facts about what this site stores in your browser and why.

xodaqu.com carries paid clicks for equipment installation service Austin and industrial control panel installation searches, from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and may carry them from Meta Ads. This page names every cookie that follows from that, what Consent Mode v2 does with it, and where to change your mind.

This notice took effect on September 7, 2026

Everything below describes the cookies and storage keys in use on xodaqu.com from that date forward. If a new cookie gets added — a new ad platform, a new analytics tool — this page is updated before that cookie is set, not after someone notices it in their browser.

Three categories of cookie run here, not one blanket bucket

Strictly necessary. The consent record itself, and the token the dispatch chat widget uses to reattach you to your own conversation. These run regardless of your choice because the site cannot function as a form and a chat without them.

Analytics. Cookies that count visits and tell us which page a return call actually came from — how many people read services.html before they call, not who they are individually. These only run once you allow storage.

Advertising. The click identifiers gclid, msclkid and fbclid, and the platform cookies that go with them, exist to tell Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and, where a campaign runs there, Meta Ads whether a click became an enquiry. These are also gated behind your choice.

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and the identifiers they attach

Google Ads sends paid clicks to this site today and attaches a gclid parameter to the link that lands you here. Microsoft Advertising does the same with msclkid. Meta Ads attaches fbclid on any campaign that runs there. Each identifier exists purely so the platform that sold the click can tell whether it turned into a phone call or a form submission — it does not unlock anything else on this site, and none of these platforms has reviewed or approved xodaqu.com.

What still works if you decline

Declining does not break the site. The enquiry form on contact.html still submits to submit.php, the dispatch chat widget still opens and still holds a conversation, and every page still renders in full. What stops is the measurement: no analytics cookie counts your visit, and no advertising cookie or click identifier is stored or read for you. A Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising click that lands here without your consent still delivers the page — it just is not measured on the back end.

The platforms' own policies, linked directly

Each advertising platform publishes its own account of what it does with the identifiers named above once they leave this site. Google's policies sit at policies.google.com. Microsoft's privacy statement, covering Microsoft Advertising, sits at privacy.microsoft.com. We link to both rather than restate them, because they change on their own schedule, not ours.

Ask about a specific cookie

Email office@xodaqu.com and name the cookie or the page it showed up on — we can look at exactly what it does rather than answer in general terms. For anything about the data behind it, the fuller account sits in the privacy policy, including how to have your record deleted.

Storage choice takes ten seconds

Open "Cookie choices" in the footer to allow or decline storage. The rest of the site works either way — read terms.html for what happens after you send a request.
